Check you're on the Voters' List and your mailing address is correct at oshawa.ca/VotersList. Your Voter Information Letter — with your ballot PIN — arrives by mail in early October.
The City mails your Voter Information Letter in a sealed envelope. It contains your registration number, voting PIN, and your voting locations. Keep it safe — it's your key to the ballot.
Vote online from any device between Oct 13–26, or visit a Voter Assistance Centre for help — by paper ballot on Voting Day, Monday, October 26.

Don't have your Letter, or not on the list? Bring a piece of ID showing your name and Oshawa address to any Voter Assistance Centre — officials can add you to the Voters' List right up until Voting Day. The V.A.C. at City Hall (50 Centre St. S.) is open 10 a.m.–6 p.m. during advance voting.
